We do not offer service refunds of any kind. It is our goal to ensure that all of our guests are 100% satisfied with the services they receive from our salon.
If you are not fully satisfied with any services you have received we ask for you to contact us within 5 days of your service so that adjustments can be made (complimentary of course).
All redos must be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. Redos will be made to any color or style which was agreed upon during the consultation at the original appointment. Additional services requested may be subject to charge.
As a courtesy to our stylists and guests, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
